Theme parks & attractions in Czechia
Aquapalace Praha in Čestlice, just south-east of Prague, is the largest water park in Central Europe — a year-round indoor complex of slides, wave pools, a surf simulator and an extensive sauna world. It's the classic rainy-day (or freezing-day) escape from the capital.
A regular city bus runs from Opatov metro station to the park's door, so you can be on a slide within 45 minutes of leaving Prague's old town.

Planning notes for Czechia
- Weekday mornings outside Czech school holidays are dramatically quieter than weekends.
- Time-based tickets (2 hours vs all-day) reward planning — the sauna world costs extra.
- Bring a swim cap for some pools if you have long hair; rental towels are available on site.
Details are sourced from official park websites and may change seasonally — always confirm hours and prices before you travel.
